New cool and epic Build 64!!!

Updates, related to build 64:

UFF now has V.I.P system! Players can become VIP and have more possibilities. More info in /vip and on forum
Race Checkpoint is not now flooded with infernus cars
New ban system has been added,when banned player connects, he sees all information of his ban.
New command /airbrk allows to use air brake without cheats!(only in freeroam)
Some new info added in /stats
New options in main menu
When you click player name,you can select action
Now when you load saved vehicle it locks automtically
Hunt system has been added! Sometimes players can get score by killing 'target' player
Some maps has been improved and fixed.
/saveskin /myskin changed to /sskin /lskin
You can see new amazing plinking logo textdraw!
And also, players can see keys and commands tips(/stips-disable tips)
All existing bikes added to /v>Bikes
You have an ability to disable or enable keys functions(quick menu,boost etc...)Command /skeys /keys
If player gets far from race start place during race beginning, he automatically lives it(like with dm's and mission)
UFF tag is not a necessary thing now!
Server counts current number of registered players(look it in /about)
Sounds added when player does some actions
In some dialogs you can now see button 'Back', you can use it to return to previous menu
Client messages were mostly replaced with game texts
If player returns to keyboard but forgets to disable AFK, server does it automatically
New dm - Glass Labirinth
Like in all new builds, some little bugs have been fixed:D
